Cancellation Policy FOR BEBW 2027: Jamaica

• August 14 - January 8, 2027: All payments are refundable other than the $200 deposit (non-refundable).

• January 9 - March 5, 2027: One-night stay cancellation fee.

• March 6 - May 6, 2026: Two-night stay cancellation fee.

• After May 7, 2027: Any cancelled rooms are charged the full stay of the reservation booked.

• July 15 - August 14, 2026: All payments are refundable other than the $200 deposit (non-refundable).

• August 15 - October 14, 2026: One-night stay cancellation fee.

• October 15 - December 14, 2026: Two-night stay cancellation fee.

• After December 15, 2026: Any cancelled rooms are charged the full stay of the reservation booked.
