• August 15 - January 9, 2026: All payments are refundable other than the $200 deposit (non-refundable).

• January 10 - March 6, 2026: One-night stay cancellation fee.

• March 7 - May 1, 2026: Two-night stay cancellation fee.

• After May 1, 2026: Any cancelled rooms are charged the full stay of the reservation booked.
